Using the game
By using the game, you agree to these terms to the extent they are enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the game. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms in your location, a parent or guardian must approve your use. The game is intended for teenagers and adults.
Permission to play
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the game for personal entertainment. The game, branding and original content remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party assets retain their own licenses; attribution is available in the game's Controls page. You may not unlawfully redistribute the game, misuse its content or interfere with its operation. Rights permitted by law or applicable open-source licenses remain unaffected.
Game progress and virtual items
Trail coins, records, paints and other game items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. This release does not sell virtual items, offer paid subscriptions or provide real-money rewards. Progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling, clearing storage or device loss can remove it, and there is no cloud recovery service.
A fictional driving experience
The game is entertainment and is not driver training or advice for operating a real vehicle. Its roads, vehicle handling and controls are simplified. Do not play while driving or when it would distract you from an activity requiring attention.
Availability and updates
We may improve, change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Device compatibility, continuous availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. Material updates to these terms will be identified by a new effective date and any notice required by applicable law.
Your rights and limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available without additional warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, excludes mandatory consumer rights, or prevents remedies available under applicable law.
